We decided, early on that AICC members and invited participants will gather in AICC workshops lasting a few days to review a limited number of topics and produce white papers, mainly for dissemination to policymakers and stakeholders (in addition to dissemination to the academic
world). 

A limited number of specialists may be invited depending on the topics. These workshops may provide an opportunity to enlarge the group of AICC members.

• The first symposium (June 2024) took place in MUNSTER (France) and three sessions where organized (session 1 on decarbonization of transport, session 2 on well-being, and session 3 on deforestation). One paper has been published by the participants of session 2, one is currently under revision by the participants of session 1, and one is about to be submitted by the participants of session 3.
• A second symposium (June 2025) was organized in ZINAL (Switzerland) with three sessions: Exploring Pathways to Sustainable Mobility Transitions, Adaptation to Climate Change and Decarbonizing Urban Mobility. Participants are currently working on writing papers on each session.
